研究目的：

（1）证实基于pMDT及超前镇痛理念下腕踝针刺能缓解混合痔术后疼痛，降低尿潴留发生率等； （2）降低混合痔术后不良反应的发生，改善临床结局指标，促进患者早日康复； （3）推广中医特色疗法腕踝针刺在术后疼痛中的应用范围，为临床术后疼痛管理模式提供新的思考与依据；  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Confirm that wrist and ankle acupuncture based on pMDT and preemptive analgesia can relieve postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids and reduce the incidence of urinary retention; (2) Reduce the occurrence of postoperative adverse reactions of mixed hemorrhoids, improve clinical outcome indicators, and promote the recovery of patients; (3) To promote the application range of wrist and ankle acupuncture in postoperative pain, providing new thinking and basis for clinical postoperative pain management mode;

纳入标准：

1、符合《中国痔病诊疗指南（2020）》中痔病诊断标准； 2、年龄 18-60 周岁之间，男女均可； 3、手术方式为“超声引导下痔结扎术”且麻醉类型为腰麻； 4、患者或监护人知情同意且自愿受试； 5、认知功能正常，能够配合采集临床资料，排除精神疾病患者；

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for hemorrhoids in the "China Hemorrhoid Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines (2020)"; 2, Age 18-60 years old, male and female; 3. The surgical method was "ultrasound-guided hemorrhoid ligation" and the type of anesthesia was lumbar anesthesia; 4, The patient or guardian informed consent and voluntary test; 5, Normal cognitive function, can cooperate with the collection of clinical data, exclude patients with mental illness;

排除标准：

1、合并其它严重直肠肛管及肠道疾病者，如直肠肿瘤、炎症性肠病等； 2、既往有肛肠手术史、前列腺增生史、尿路感染史等； 3、对本研究涉及药物或器具有过敏史的患者； 4、处于月经期、妊娠期或哺乳期妇女； 5、伴发其他部位疼痛或带入尿管者；

Exclusion criteria：

1 Combined with other serious proctoanal diseases, such as inflammatory bowel disease, rectal tumors, etc.; 2 History of anorectal surgery, prostatic hyperplasia, urinary tract infection, etc.; 3 Patients with a history of allergy to the drugs or needles involved in this study; 4 Women in the menstrual period, pregnancy or breastfeeding period; 5 Accompanied by pain in other parts or into the urinary tube;
