研究目的：

本项目旨在通过随机对照试验，（1）确定基于新型可穿戴设备的行为干预模式对改善儿童青少年心理健康相关结局指标的效果；（2）确定该新型干预模式对儿童健康相关行为习惯（身体活动、久坐、睡眠等行为）、身体健康和学业成绩的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The project aims to determine, through a randomized controlled trial, (1) the effect of a novel wearable device-based behavioral intervention model on improving child and adolescent mental health-related outcome indicators, and (2) the effect of this novel intervention model on children's health-related behaviors (physical activity, sedentary, sleep, and other behaviors), physical well-being, and academic achievement.

纳入标准：

1）在校中小学生；2）身体健康；3）自愿参与研究

Inclusion criteria

1) School students; 2) Physical fitness; 3) Voluntary participation in the study

排除标准：

1）半年内有下肢运动损伤；2）有恶性肿瘤、支气管哮喘病、心脑血管疾病等严重疾病；3）有其他妨碍身体活动2周以上的疾病

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Lower limb sports injuries within six months; (2) Serious illnesses such as malignant tumours, bronchial asthma, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (3) Other illnesses preventing physical activity for more than 2 weeks
