研究目的：

本项目将通过临床血液标本探讨CXCL6与特发性肺纤维化各项临床指标之间的关系，明确CXCL6作为IPF诊断与进展标志物的可能性。  

Objectives of Study：

This project will explore the relationship between CXCL6 and various clinical indicators of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis through clinical blood samples, and clarify the possibility of CXCL6 as a diagnostic and progression marker for IPF.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 所有IPF患者均符合2018年美国胸科学会/欧洲呼吸学会/日本呼吸学会/拉丁美洲胸科协会（ATS/ERS/JRS/ALAT）制定的特发性肺纤维化诊断标准； ② 患者未合并肿瘤，如肺部癌性病变、肺部恶性肿瘤等； ③ 患者纳入实验前一个月内未使用糖皮质激素

Inclusion criteria

① All IPF patients meet the diagnostic criteria for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis established by the American Thoracic Society/European Respiratory Society/Japanese Respiratory Society/Latin American Thoracic Association (ATS/ERS/JRS/ALAT) in 2018; ② The patient did not have any concurrent tumors, such as lung cancerous lesions or lung malignant tumors; ③ The patient did not use glucocorticoids within the month prior to inclusion in the experiment

排除标准：

① 合并肺部感染、过敏性肺炎等其他呼吸系统疾病； ② 合并或既往有放射性肺炎、结节病、尘肺； ③ 由职业、药物、环境、心功能不全等引发的肺部病变； ④ 存在严重的高血压、心脏病、肝功能异常、肾功能异常等疾病； ⑤ 患者处于妊娠期或哺乳期。

Exclusion criteria：

① Concomitant pulmonary infections, allergic pneumonia, and other respiratory system diseases; ② Concomitant or previous radiation pneumonia, sarcoidosis, and pneumoconiosis; ③ Pulmonary lesions caused by occupation, medication, environment, heart failure, etc; ④ Serious diseases such as hypertension, heart disease, liver dysfunction, and renal dysfunction; ⑤ The patient is in pregnancy or lactation period
