研究目的：

进一步提高寻常痤疮与玫瑰痤疮的诊疗水平，助力我中心建立寻常痤疮与玫瑰痤疮规范化诊疗中心项目，为市政府及相关部门制定痤疮卫生政策和措施提供基础数据和循证依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Further improve the diagnosis and treatment level of acne vulgaris and rosacea, help our center to establish a standardized diagnosis and treatment center for acne vulgaris and rosacea, and provide basic data and evidence-based basis for the municipal government and relevant departments to formulate acne health policies and measures.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本次调查包括医生诊断、问卷调查、辅助检查三部分内容，经本人/监护人知情同意后进行，所有信息将严格保密。拟采用统一设计的纸质版调查问卷进行调查，主要内容包括一般人口学信息、寻常痤疮评价问卷及相关诊断等。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

This survey includes three parts: doctor diagnosis, questionnaire survey and auxiliary examination, and is conducted with the informed consent of the person/guardian. All information will be kept strictly confidential. A paper questionnaire of uniform design is proposed to be used for the investigation, which mainly includes general demographic information, acne vulgaris evaluation questionnaire and related diagnosis. 

纳入标准：

寻常痤疮：（1）诊断为寻常痤疮的患者。（2）年龄范围≥7岁。（3）患者充分理解本项目内容并且同意参加。 玫瑰痤疮：（1）诊断为玫瑰痤疮的患者。（2）年龄范围≥7岁。（3）患者充分理解本项目内容并且同意参加。

Inclusion criteria

acne vulgaris: (1) Patients diagnosed with acne vulgaris. (2) Age range ≥7 years. (3) The patient fully understands the content of the program and agrees to participate. rosacea: (1) Patients diagnosed with rosacea. (2) Age range ≥7 years. (3) The patient fully understands the content of the program and agrees to participate.

排除标准：

寻常痤疮/玫瑰痤疮：（1）年龄<7岁。（2）患者无法理解或不同意参与本项目。（3）患者处于孕期或哺乳期。

Exclusion criteria：

acne vulgaris/ rosacea: (1) Age <7 years old. (2) The patient cannot understand or does not agree to participate in this project. (3) The patient is pregnant or lactating.
