研究目的：

1.1探究围手术期针刺干预对房颤射频消融术后早期复发的影响。 1.2探究围手术期针刺干预对房颤射频消融术患者术中及术后的焦虑、恶心等不良反应的影响。 1.3探究围手术期针刺干预对房颤射频消融术患者术后中医证候及生活质量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1.1 explore the effect of perioperative acupuncture intervention on the early recurrence of atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency ablation. 1.2 to explore the effect of perioperative acupuncture intervention on anxiety, nausea and other adverse reactions of patients undergoing radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation during and after operation. 1.3 explore the influence of perioperative acupuncture intervention on postoperative TCM syndromes and quality of life of patients with atrial fibrillation undergoing radiofrequency ablation.

纳入标准：

符合下列所有标准者方可纳入：
①符合房颤诊断标准及射频消融术手术适应症；
②年龄在18至75岁之间，男女性别不限；
③非妊娠期、哺乳期；
④签署知情同意书，自愿参与本试验，并服从项目组安排者。

Inclusion criteria

Only those who meet all the following criteria can be included:
① Meet the diagnostic criteria of atrial fibrillation and the indications of radiofrequency ablation;
② Between 18 and 75 years old, regardless of gender;
③ Non pregnancy, lactation;
④ Those who sign the informed consent, voluntarily participate in the test, and obey the arrangement of the project team.

排除标准：

凡存在以下任何1项情况者均予排除：
①排除有严重出血倾向、凝血障碍的患者，活化凝血时间（ACT）超出250s-350s范围；
②排除认知障碍，不能理解量表评价内容的患者；
③排除合并严重心、肝、肾脏、造血系统、精神疾病、自身免疫系统疾病、全身营养状况严重不良的患者。
④不能耐受针灸治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Any one of the following conditions is excluded:
① Patients with severe bleeding tendency and coagulation disorder were excluded, and the activated coagulation time (ACT) exceeded the range of 250s-350s;
② Exclude patients with cognitive impairment who cannot understand the evaluation content of the scale;
③ Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, mental disease, autoimmune system disease and severe systemic malnutrition were excluded.
④ Patients who cannot tolerate acupuncture treatment.

Blinding：

The random plan is entrusted to a third-party agency for implementation. Blocks were randomized using the SAS software PROC PLAN process statement, and the study subjects were numbered 1-80 according to the order in which the trial patients were enrolled. The closed envelope method was used to randomize the group, and the random number and allocation group corresponding to the inclusion order were obtained and sealed in an opaque envelope, and the inclusion sequence number was pasted on the surface of the envelope. Randomization envelopes and assignments are the responsibility of a dedicated person who is not involved in treatment and evaluation.
