Objectives of Study：

This study is to investigate the impact of the Sanxiao Jiuzhi Gong (SJG) on both blood glucose levels and exercise self-efficacy (ESE) in patients with type 2 diabetes

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合《中国2型糖尿病防治指南（2020年版）》诊断标准；②≥18岁的2型糖尿病患者；③病程在1年以上；④近一个月内没有突发性的刺激性事件（如丧失亲人等）；⑤自愿参加并填写同意书

Inclusion criteria

The inclusion criteria were as follows: 1) patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Type 2 Diabetes Prevention and Treatment Guidelines (2020 edition); 2) patients aged 18 years or older; 3) patients having a disease duration of at least 1 year; 4) no sudden and traumatic events, such as the loss of a family member, in the past month; and 5) patients voluntarily participating in the study with written informed consent.

排除标准：

①血糖波动大、易发生低血糖的患者；②合并有肝、肾、心脏等严重疾病者；③患有严重糖尿病并发症或代谢综合征者，以及遵医嘱不能参与该试验者；④有精神病史、人格障碍史、认知障碍、脑部器质疾病以及骨关节损伤的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) patients with significant blood glucose fluctuations and a propensity for hypoglycemia; 2) individuals suffering from severe conditions such as liver, kidney, or heart diseases; 3) patients with severe diabetes complications, metabolic syndrome, or those who were advised not to participate in the trial by their healthcare provider; 4) patients with a history of mental illness, personality disorders, cognitive impairment, structural brain disorders, or musculoskeletal injuries
