研究目的：

通过 4 周的绿墙暴露干预，探讨室内绿色空间对大学生身心健康的影响，并通过测定血液中压力激素、代谢物的变化和粪便中微生物群的组成，探讨绿墙暴露可能的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of indoor green space exposure on physical and mental health of college students through a 4-week green wall exposure intervention, and to explore the possible mechanism of green wall exposure by measuring the changes of stress hormones and metabolites in blood and the composition of fecal microbiota.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄 18-30 岁； 2、体重指数（BMI）正常（范围= 18.5-23.9 kg/m^2）； 3、近6个月未服用可能影响研究结果的药物者（抗抑郁药、激素类药物等）； 4、自愿参加并按要求签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1, age 18-30 years old; 2, body mass index (BMI) is normal (range = 18.5-23.9 kg/m^2); 3. Patients who have not taken any drugs that may affect the study results (antidepressants, hormone drugs, etc.) in the past 6 months; 4. Participate voluntarily and sign informed consent as required.

排除标准：

1 、近6个月吸烟者； 2 、有任何精神疾病史者； 3 、有酗酒、吸毒史； 4 、有任何明显的社交障碍和焦虑者； 5 、近1年饮酒者； 6 、依从性差，不能完成试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Smoker in the past 6 months; 2, have any history of mental illness; 3. A history of alcoholism and drug abuse; 4, have any obvious social barriers and anxiety; 5. Drinkers in the past 1 year; 6, poor compliance, can not complete the test.
