研究目的：

提出膀胱癌尿流改道术后输尿管支架冲管流程，探索出正确的冲管溶液和冲管方法，预防输尿管支架堵塞，降低患者感染率。  

Objectives of Study：

The flow chart of ureter stent flushing after urinary diversion for bladder cancer was put forward, and the correct flushing solution and method were explored to prevent ureter stent blockage and reduce the infection rate of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）患者年龄18岁以上； （2）确诊为膀胱癌； （3）全膀胱切除术后尿流改道方式为输尿管皮肤造口或回肠代膀胱术； （4）签署入组临床试验的知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patient is 18 years of age or older; (2) Confirmed diagnosis of bladder cancer; (3) Post-total cystectomy urinary diversion by ureteral skin stoma or ileal substitution cystectomy; (4) Signed informed consent for enrollment in the clinical trial.

排除标准：

（1）不愿签署知情同意书； （2）不能理解研究过程，术后不愿意接受随访； （3）合并严重心脑血管疾病； （4） 既往有泌尿系结石或尿酸高人群； （5）术中或术后出现严重并发症并实施二次手术。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Unwillingness to sign the informed consent form; (2) Inability to understand the study process and unwillingness to accept follow-up after surgery; (3) Combined serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (4) People with previous urinary stones or high uric acid; (5) Serious intraoperative or postoperative complications and secondary surgery.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

由研究者采用随机数字表法。首先将312名患者按入院前后顺序进行编号，即1-312号。从随机数字表中任一行取数，选取连续取数。从第一行第一个数字开始，连续选取312个随机数，每个选取的随机数除以3，余数为0的分为不冲洗组，余数为1的分为生理盐水冲洗组，余数为2的分为碳酸氢钠冲洗组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Randomized number table method was used by the researcher. First 312 patients were numbered in the order of pre and post admission i.e. 1-312. The numbers were taken from any row of the random number table and consecutive numbers were selected. Starting from the first number in the first row, 312 consecutive random numbers were selected and each selected random number was divided by 3. The remainder of 0 was categorized as no flushing group, the remainder of 1 was categorized as saline flushing group and the remainder of 2 was categorized as sodium bicarbonate flushing group.
