研究目的：

旨在通过前瞻性随机对照试验，验证维持性血液透析患者肾性贫血管理流程比由基层医生自行进行贫血管理更能提高血红蛋白的达标率，将该系统更好在基层推广，指导基层医生进行贫血管理，提高维持性血液透析肾性贫血的管理规范，提高维持性血液透析患者的贫血达标率，同时提高基层医生对于各贫血管理指南、共识及标准操作规程的掌握程度。  

Objectives of Study：

This test aims to verify that the management process of renal anemia in maintenance hemodialysis patients can improve the hemoglobin compliance rate better than that of anemia management by primary doctors, and promote the system at the grassroots level to guide primary doctors in anemia management and improve the management standard of renal anemia in maintenance hemodialysis patients through prospective randomized controlled trials. To improve the anemia compliance rate of maintenance hemodialysis patients, and to improve the basic doctors' grasp of the anemia management guidelines, consensus and standard operating procedures.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄在大于18岁；②每周接受≥2次规律血液透析，持续≥3个月，且自试验开始后6个月内没有停止血液透析的计划；③患者自愿参加此项研究。

Inclusion criteria

① at least 18 years of age; ②Receive regular hemodialysis ≥2 times per week for ≥3 months, and there is no plan to stop hemodialysis within 6 months after the start of the trial; ③ Patients volunteered to participate in the study.

排除标准：

①在研究期间有计划进行肾移植患者，或终止血液透析者；②既往存在骨髓造血系统疾病病史，如合并骨髓增生异常综合征、多发性骨髓瘤等疾病；③任何已知的遗传性血液病，如地中海贫血、镰状细胞贫血、纯红细胞再生障碍性疾病等疾病；④活动性或慢性胃肠道出血；⑤筛查前1周内存在严重感染者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Patients who plan to undergo kidney transplantation during the study period, or who terminate hemodialysis; ②History of myelopoietic system diseases, such as myelodysplastic syndrome, multiple myeloma and other diseases; ③any known hereditary blood disorders, such as thalassemia, sickle cell anaemia, pure red cell aplastic disorders, etc.; ④ Active or chronic gastrointestinal bleeding; ⑤ There were serious infections within 1 week before screening.
