研究目的：

评估导航护士主导的ERAS优化管理体系在胸腔镜肺癌手术患者中的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effectiveness of ERAS optimization management system led by navigation nurses in patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）行胸腔镜肺癌根治术的患者； （2）年龄18-70岁； （3）患者的预期生存时间≥6个月； （4）无房颤或心肌梗死史； （5）患者知情同意并自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer; (2) age of 18-70 years old; (3) The expected survival time of the patients was ≥6 months; (4) no history of atrial fibrillation or myocardial infarction; (5) Patients gave informed consent and volunteered to participate in this study.

排除标准：

（1）术中因大出血转为开胸手术者或行二次手术者； （2）同时行胸腹联合手术者； （3）患有严重认知障碍或精神疾病的患者； （4）同时参与其他研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Conversion to thoracotomy or reoperation due to massive bleeding during operation; (2) patients undergoing thoracoabdominal surgery at the same time; (3) patients with severe cognitive impairment or mental illness; (4) participating in other investigators simultaneously.
