研究目的：

1.调查我国农村地区孕妇围产期抑郁现状； 2.从心理资本视角出发，探讨农村地区孕妇围产期抑郁的影响因素及发生机制； 3.分析农村地区孕妇心理资本对围产期抑郁的预测价值以及孕妇心理资本、健康素养、社会支持与围产期抑郁的相互作用关系。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the current situation of perinatal depression among pregnant women in rural areas of China. 2. From the perspective of psychological capital, explore the influencing factors and mechanism of perinatal depression of pregnant women in rural areas. 3. The predictive value of maternal psychological capital on perinatal depression and the interaction of maternal psychological capital, health literacy, social support and perinatal depression were analyzed.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 年满18周岁； 2) 意识清醒，能自主沟通； 3) 具有基本的读写能力； 4) 目前处于孕期阶段的孕妇； 5) 农村户籍（且在户籍地居住时间≥6个月）； 6) 知情同意，自愿参与本次调查。

Inclusion criteria

1) At least 18 years old. 2) Conscious and able to communicate autonomously. 3) Have basic reading and writing skills. 4) Pregnant women who are currently in the stage of pregnancy. 5) Rural household registration (and residence in the place of residence ≥6 months). 6) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this investigation.

排除标准：

1) 既往或现在患有精神、智力障碍或视力、语言障碍者； 2) 有严重的妊娠期合并症或并发症不能配合调查者； 3) 拒绝参加调查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) People who have been or are currently suffering from mental or intellectual disabilities or visual or language disabilities. 2) There are serious complications or complications during pregnancy can not cooperate with investigators. 3) Refuse to participate in the survey.
