研究目的：

本研究目的拟评价三维重建与模拟技术能够在个体化治疗复杂重度脊柱畸形患者中的临床有效性与安全性。需要统计分析的主要安全性终点为手术治疗后的并发症发生率，有效性终点为畸形主弯矫形率。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of three-dimensional reconstruction and simulation technology in the individualized treatment of complex severe spinal deformity. The primary safety end point was the incidence of postoperative complications, and the efficacy end point was the correction rate of the main curve.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)根据诊断标准、影像学特征判断为复杂重度脊柱畸形； (2)患者脊柱无相关内固定； (3)患者能够完善相关影像学检查（CT、MRI等） (4)患者无明显心肺功能异常能够耐受手术者

Inclusion criteria

(1) Complex severe spinal deformity according to the diagnostic criteria and imaging features; (2) The patient's spine had no related internal fixation; (3) Patients can complete relevant imaging examinations (CT, MRI, etc.) (4) patients without obvious cardiopulmonary dysfunction can tolerate surgery

排除标准：

(1) 因创伤、感染、肿瘤发展为脊柱畸形。 (2) 既往脊柱内固定手术史并且内固定保留。 (3) 无法完善相关影像学检查者 (4) 存在基础疾病，无法耐受手术的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Spinal deformity developed due to trauma, infection or tumor. (2) previous history of spinal internal fixation with retention of internal fixation; (3) unable to complete the relevant imaging examinations (4) patients with underlying diseases who could not tolerate surgery;
