研究目的：

应用不同全麻药物后，腹腔镜肾切除术后急性肾损伤（acute kidney injury, AKI）患者尿外泌体miRNAs的变化特点及其对AKI的预测作用，为确定目标miRNA与细胞存活之间的关键蛋白分子及其相关分子途径提供方向，为预防AKI发生和临床合理用药提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

After the application of different general anesthesia drugs, the change characteristics of urinary exosomal miRNAs in patients with acute kidney injury (AKI) after laparoscopic nephrectomy and their predictive effect on AKI provide directions for determining the key protein molecules and related molecular pathways between target mirnas and cell survival. It provides the basis for preventing AKI and rational drug use in clinic.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①在我院择期行全麻下RN的患者。 ②年龄40-80岁。 ③ASAⅠ-Ⅲ级。 ④术前肝、肾功能正常者。 ⑤获得知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① RN patients undergoing elective general anesthesia in our hospital. ② Age 40-80 years old. ③ ASA Grade I - III. ④ Patients with normal liver and kidney function before operation. ⑤ Obtain informed consent.

排除标准：

① 本人或监护人未签署知情同意书； ②术前应用肾毒性药物。 ③肾脏二次手术病史。 ④术前有抢救病史。 ⑤术中及术后出现重大并发症

Exclusion criteria：

① Patient or the guardian did not sign the informed consent; ② Nephrotoxic drugs were used before surgery. ③ History of second kidney operation. ④ There was a history of rescue before surgery. ⑤ Major complications occurred during and after operation
