研究目的：

1、分析不同严重程度TBI患者肠屏障功能障碍相关血清学指标总体水平有何不同及指标水平随时间变化情况，从而阐明TBI严重程度对肠屏障造成损伤的不同，为及时有效的干预措施提供可靠的临床证据。 2、探讨TBI病程及严重程度对AGI发生的影响，以期为后期临床判断TBI病情及预后提供肠源性指征。 3、记录TBI患者住院期间MODS（SOFA评分）的发生率及不同损伤程度的TBI患者MODS的发生情况差别，进一步分析肠粘膜损伤在 MODS 病理变化过程中作用。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Analysis of different severity of TBI patients with intestinal barrier dysfunction related serological indicators of the overall level of what is different and the index level changes over time, so as to clarify the severity of TBI caused different damage to the intestinal barrier, provide reliable clinical evidence for timely and effective intervention measures. 2. To investigate the influence of the course and severity of TBI on the occurrence of AGI, so as to provide intestinal indications for the later clinical judgment of TBI condition and prognosis. 3. Record the incidence of MODS ( SOFA score ) in TBI patients during hospitalization and the difference of the incidence of MODS in TBI patients with different degrees of injury, and further analyze the role of intestinal mucosal injury in the pathological changes of MODS.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.不同程度的创伤性脑损伤患者 , 按照GCS评分分为轻、中、重度；
2.年龄大于或等于18岁；
3.发病24h内入院。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with different degrees of traumatic brain injury were divided into mild, moderate and severe according to GCS score ;
2. Age greater than or equal to 18 years ;
3.The patients were hospitalized within24h.

排除标准：

1.非创伤原因导致的颅内损伤；
2.入院24小时内死亡；
3.入院时即有明确的的胃肠道损伤;
4.存在明显肝肾等脏器功能障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Intracranial injury caused by non-traumatic reasons ;
2. Death within 24 hours of admission ;
3. There was a clear gastrointestinal injury at admission ;
4.There are obvious liver and kidney dysfunction.
