研究目的：

研究粪菌移植对纤维肌痛患者的有效性和安全性，为粪菌移植在纤维肌痛患者中的应用提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the efficacy and safety of Fecal bacteria transplantation in patients with Fibromyalgia syndrome, and provide theoretical basis for the application of Fecal bacteria transplantation in patients with Fibromyalgia syndrome.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-79周岁，男女不限； 2.符合2016年美国风湿病学会诊断标准（ACR2016)诊断标准的FMS 患者： 满足以下3条可以符合诊断： 1）弥漫疼痛指数量表（Widespread Pain Index, WPI）>7分且症状严重积分（Symptom Severity, SSS）>5分；或WPI=3-6分且SSS>=9分； 2.广泛性疼痛：定义为全身5个区域至少有4个区域有疼痛症状，颌骨、胸部和腹部疼痛不包括在广泛性疼痛中； 3）症状一般已出现至少3个月 4）纤维肌痛症的诊断与其他诊断无关。纤维肌痛症的诊断并不排除其他临床上重要疾病的存在。 3.患者治疗前NRS评分>=4分； 4.患者自愿签署知情同意书，能配合完成问卷调查。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age 18-79years old, male and female; 2. Patients with FMS who met the diagnostic criteria of the 2016 American College of Rheumatology diagnostic criteria (ACR2016): The diagnosis can be met by fulfilling 3 of the following: 1) Widespread Pain Index (WPI) >7 and Symptom Severity Score (SSS) >5; or WPI=3-6 and SSS >=9; 2) Widespread pain: defined as symptoms of pain in at least 4 of the 5 regions of the body; jaw, chest, and abdominal pain are not included in widespread pain; 3) Symptoms have generally been present for at least 3 months 4) The diagnosis of fibromyalgia is independent of other diagnoses. The diagnosis of fibromyalgia does not exclude the presence of other clinically significant diseases. 3. The patient's NRS score was greater than or equal to 4 points before treatment 4.Patients voluntarily signed an informed consent form and were able to cooperate in completing the questionnaire.

排除标准：

1.因各种原因不宜进行肠镜及粪菌移植治疗的患者； 2.排除其他病变如颈腰椎病变(神经根压迫、椎管狭窄、颈腰椎退行性变)、脑梗塞、格林--巴利综合征、严重动静脉血管病变(静脉栓塞、淋巴管炎)等，尚需鉴别药物尤其是化疗药物引起的神经毒性作用以及肾功能不全引起的代谢毒物对神经的损伤。 3.大量失血、急性出血、贫血（<90 g/L），血小板减少低于50*109/L、严重凝血功能障碍患者； 4.合并严重心、肝、肾和代谢性疾病者，精神疾病患者，有毒物使用史者； 5.继发于骨关节炎、甲状腺机能低下、恶性肿瘤等疾病者； 6.妊娠妇女、精神病患者、其他重大疾病患者； 7.患者依从性差，不遵医嘱，随访不接受等； 8.患者随访过程中脱落、失访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who are not suitable for enteroscopy and fecal transplantation treatment for various reasons; 2. Exclude other lesions such as cervical and lumbar spine lesions (nerve root compression, spinal stenosis, cervical and lumbar degenerative changes), cerebral infarction, Guillain - Barre syndrome, severe arterial and venous vascular lesions (venous embolism, lymphadenitis), etc., and still need to identify the neurotoxic effects caused by the drugs, especially chemotherapeutic drugs, as well as the metabolic poisons on the nerves caused by renal insufficiency. 3. Patients with massive blood loss, acute bleeding, anemia (<90 g/L), thrombocytopenia less than 50*109/L, and severe coagulation dysfunction; 4. Patients with combination of serious heart, liver, kidney and metabolic diseases, patients with mental diseases, patients with history of toxic substance use; 5. Those secondary to osteoarthritis, hypothyroidism, malignant tumors and other diseases; 6. Pregnant women, psychiatric patients, and patients with other major diseases 7. Patients with poor compliance, non-compliance with medical advice, non-acceptance of follow-up visits, etc; 8. Patients who fall off or miss visits during the follow-up process.
