研究目的：

比较DW-MRI引导的剂量雕刻调强放疗（DP-IMRT）和基于解剖影像的IMRT对局晚期头颈鳞癌长期疗效和毒副反应的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the long-term efficacy and toxicity of DW-MRI guided dose painting intensity modulated radiotherapy (DP-IMRT) and anatomical image-based IMRT in locally advanced head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）经病理学或组织学证实的除鼻咽癌以外的局晚期头颈鳞癌（包括口腔癌、口咽癌、下咽癌、喉癌）；2）年龄在18岁到75岁之间；3）主要器官功能正常。4）KPS 评分≥70 分；5）无远处转移；6）无严重重要器官功能障碍；7）患者及家属已知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

Locally advanced squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (oral, oropharyngeal, hypopharyngeal, laryngeal) confirmed by pathology or histology, except nasopharyngeal; age between 18 and 75 years; normal function of major organs, that is, blood routine and biochemical tests meet standards; a Karnofsky performance status score of at least 70; have no history of previous RT; no severe organ dysfunction ; the patient and their family have informed consent.

排除标准：

1）既往有放射治疗病史；2）继发其他部位的恶性肿瘤；3）手术史；4）有远处转移的证据；5）存在其他不受控制的危及生命的疾病；6）怀孕或哺乳期。

Exclusion criteria：

A history of previous RT, secondary malignancy, surgery, evidence of distant metastasis, presence of uncontrolled life-threatening illness, or pregnancy and lactation.
