研究目的：

通过比较3号和4号一次性引流型双管喉罩（PLMA）在妇科全麻手术中的应用区别，探讨适合于妇科全麻患者的喉罩选择标准，为临床实践提高理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing the difference of size 3 and size 4 disposable proseal laryngeal mask (PLMA) in gynecological operation under general anesthesia, To explore the criteria for selecting appropriate laryngeal masks for gynecological patients under general anesthesia and to provide theoretical basis for clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

择期行妇科全麻手术；ASA分级Ⅰ或Ⅱ级；年龄18～70岁；身高>150cm；体重50～70kg。

Inclusion criteria

The criteria for selecting patients for gynecological surgery under general anesthesia include the following: being classified as ASA grade I or II, aged between 18 and 70 years, having a height greater than 150 cm, and weighing between 50 and 70 kg.

排除标准：

张口受限不能插入喉罩者；术前有声音嘶哑或咽部不适者；手术时间>3小时者；术后入ICU者；随访失联者或不愿意配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

Individuals with limited mouth opening, preoperative hoarseness or discomfort in the throat, surgical duration exceeding 3 hours, postoperative admission to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), loss to follow-up, or those who are unwilling to cooperate are excluded from this study.
