研究目的:

绝经过渡期是每个女性都面临的一个重要时期,约90%以上的妇女将出现与绝经相关的症状,虽然目前激素替代仍然是最为有效的治疗方法,但由于其使用的禁忌症和本身的副作用,其在临床治疗中仍存在一定的局限性。现有研究表明,食物中的功能活性成分以及不同的膳食模式对围绝经期妇女的代谢及相关症状有一定的改善作用。此外,DNA 甲基化是一种新兴的生物老化估计器,是生物衰老的标志之一,被认为是预测认知能力下降的生物标志物。我们前期研究提示DNAmAge可能与围绝经期综合征存在一定的联系,同时膳食干预对围绝经期综合征患者的影响,能够通过DNAmAge体现出来。本项目通过仅使用膳食干预的方法,对干预前后围绝经期综合征患者的症状和DNA甲基化指标进行比较分析,研究围绝经期综合征治疗与DNA甲基化的相关性,为进一步探索围绝经期综合征的治疗方式提供理论基础。通过DNAmAge作为膳食干预的效果指标,缓解近期围绝经期综合征患者的症状和减少远期围绝经期综合征患者的并发症。  

Objectives of Study:

Menopause transition is an important period that every woman faces, more than 90% of women will have menopause-related symptoms, although hormone replacement is still the most effective treatment, but due to its contraindications to use and its own side effects, it still has certain limitations in clinical treatment. Existing studies have shown that functional active ingredients in food and different dietary patterns have a certain effect on metabolism and related symptoms in perimenopausal women. In addition, DNA methylation is an emerging bioaging estimator that is one of the hallmarks of biological aging and is considered a biomarker for predicting cognitive decline. Our previous research suggests that DNAmAge may be associated with perimenopausal syndrome, and the impact of dietary interventions on patients with perimenopausal syndrome can be seen through DNAmAge. This project compares and analyzes the symptoms and DNA methylation indexes of perimenopausal syndrome patients before and after the intervention by using only dietary intervention, and studies the correlation between perimenopausal syndrome treatment and DNA methylation, which provides a theoretical basis for further exploring the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome. DNAmAge was used as an indicator of the effect of dietary intervention to alleviate symptoms in patients with recent perimenopausal syndrome and reduce complications in patients with long-term perimenopausal syndrome.

纳入标准:

年龄 45-55 岁;有围绝经期综合征的临床症状、体征和诊断;以前未接受过激素补充治疗。

Inclusion criteria

age 45-55; clinical symptoms, signs, diagnosis of perimenopausal syndrome; no previous hormone supplementation therapy.

排除标准:

曾用过激素替代、中医中药,绝经一年后的患者;高血压、糖尿病、肿瘤等严重妇科疾病的患者。

Exclusion criteria:

Patients who have used hormone replacement, traditional Chinese medicine and one year after menopause; patients with serious gynecological diseases such as hypertension, diabetes and tumors.
