研究目的：

本项目通过回顾性收集急性胰腺炎病历资料，建立急性胰腺炎数据库，分析探索影响急性胰腺炎复发或重症化的因素。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to retrospectively collect medical records of acute pancreatitis, establish a database of acute pancreatitis, and analyze and explore the factors that affect the recurrence or exacerbation of acute pancreatitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄≥18岁，确诊为AP。

Inclusion criteria

Age ≥ 18 years old, diagnosed with AP.

排除标准：

死亡、慢性胰腺炎、恶性肿瘤、慢性器官功能障碍（肾、心、肝或肺功能障碍）、妊娠和外院诊断治疗且发病到我院超过72h的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Death, chronic pancreatitis, malignant tumors, chronic organ dysfunction (kidney, heart, liver, or lung dysfunction), pregnancy, and diagnosed and treated outside our hospital when admission in our hospital more than 72 hours after onset Hospital.
