探究益气调神针灸法对癌因性疲乏患者的有效性  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effectiveness of Yiqi Tiaoshen acupuncture and moxibustion therapy for the patients with cancer-related fatigue

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①组织病理学或细胞学确诊的肿瘤患者； ②预计生存期大于3个月； ③年龄 18～70 岁； ④KPS评分≥60分 ⑤诊断为癌因性疲乏或虚劳者 ⑥对试验充分知情并自愿签署知情同意书者

Inclusion criteria

① Tumor patients diagnosed by histopathology or cytology; ② Expected survival period greater than 3 months; ③ Age range from 18 to 70 years old; ④ KPS score ≥ 60 points ⑤ Diagnosed as cancer-related fatigue or fatigue ⑥ Those who are fully informed about the experiment and voluntarily sign the informed consent form

排除标准：

①有认知障碍，不能如实表达自身疲劳状况者； ②合并有心脑血管、肝、肾及血液系统等严重原发疾病者； ③依从性差，不配合治疗及检查者； ④针刺部位皮肤出现破溃者

Exclusion criteria：

① Individuals with cognitive impairment who are unable to truthfully express their fatigue status; ② Individuals with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, and blood system complications; ③ Those who have poor compliance and do not cooperate with treatment and examination; ④ Patients with skin rupture at the acupuncture site

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

由高山医师将拟纳入临床试验病例数顺序编号01～78号，采用区组随机化方法按1：1的比例将编号随机分为两组，即试验组与对照组，每组39例。分组方法：临床试验实施时，按照受试者进入临床试验的顺序编号，接受与上述随机分组顺序编号对应的治疗方案。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The number of cases to be included in the clinical trial will be numbered 01-78 by Dr. Gao Shan. Using block randomization method, the numbers will be randomly divided into two groups in a 1:1 ratio, namely the experimental group and the control group, with 39 cases in each group. Grouping method: During the implementation of the clinical trial, the treatment plan corresponding to the random grouping sequence number mentioned above shall be numbered according to the order in which the subjects entered the clinical trial.
