研究目的：

本研究旨在观察观察神应养真丹联合海艾汤治疗斑秃（血虚风燥证）的临床疗效及安全性，为临床治疗斑秃提供更有效的方法。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the combination with haiai soup in the treatment of alopecia areata (blood deficiency and wind dryness syndrome), and to provide a more effective method for the clinical treatment of alopecia areata.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

符合上述西医诊断标准及中医辨证分型为血虚风燥型的斑秃患者
年龄18-60周岁，男女不限
签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Meet the above diagnostic criteria for the diagnosis of Western medicine and TCM syndrome differentiation for blood deficiency wind dryness patients
Age: 18-60 years old, male or female
Signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

妊娠或哺乳期妇女，对本药物过敏或使用过致光敏药物或光敏感者 合并有心脑血管、肝肾功能等严重原发性疾病及精神性疾病患者 假性斑秃、拔毛癖患者，及患有头部疾病（如头癣、头部银屑病等） 不符合纳入标准，未按规定用药及完成治疗，无法判断疗效者。

Pregnant or lactating women who are allergic to this drug or have used photosensitive drugs or light sensitive Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney function and mental diseases False alopecia areata, trichotillomania patients, and patients with head diseases (such as tinea capitis, head psoriasis, etc Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria, fail to use the drugs and complete the treatment, and cannot determine the curative effect.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

准备病例报告表（CRF），所有信息将由专门受过培训的研究员即时填写完成。CRF表填完成后，原始记录将不会更改。完成的CRF将由临床检查员进行审查。使用Excel软件建立数据库。由专人负责数据录入及核对，经数据审核、数据清理、数据整理后锁定数据库用于数据分析。
