研究目的:

本研究通过互联网传播线上健康教育资源,为高年级小学生提供性与生殖健康教育,旨在提升高年级小学生的性与生殖健康知识、态度和行为健康水平。同时通过网络传播,扩大性与生殖健康教育资源的传播和应用范围,促进学生健康行为的形成,为我国青少年早期群体性与生殖健康教育工作提供借鉴。  

Objectives of Study:

This study disseminates online health education resources through the web, providing sexual and reproductive health education to senior primary school students with the aim of enhancing their knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors regarding sexual and reproductive health. By leveraging the web for distribution, it seeks to expand the reach and application of sexual and reproductive health education resources, promote the formation of healthy behaviors among students, and offer a reference for early adolescent sexual and reproductive health education efforts in China.

纳入标准:

(1) 年龄9-13岁; (2) 在校四、五年级小学生; (3) 具有使用手机或电脑等电子设备的条件; (4) 无阅读障碍,能够配合完成干预措施; (5) 自愿参与本研究,且监护人知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Participants aged between 9 and 13 years old; (2) Currently enrolled in the fourth or fifth grade of primary school; (3) Have access to electronic devices, such as mobile phones or computers; (4) Do not have dyslexia and are able to cooperate in completing the intervention; (5) Voluntarily participate in this study and have obtained informed consent from their parents or guardians.

排除标准:

(1) 在干预实施期间休学、退学,或请假; (2) 在干预实施过程中频繁缺席干预内容、拒绝完成干预评估; (3) 在干预实施期间出现严重健康问题,影响完成干预研究; (4) 已经接受过性与生殖健康教育课程,或者正在参与其他相关主题的研究。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Students who withdraw from school, take a leave of absence, or drop out during the intervention period will be excluded from the study. (2) Participants who frequently miss intervention activities or refuse to complete intervention assessments will also be excluded. (3) If a participant experiences serious health issues during the intervention period that affect their ability to complete the study, they will be excluded as well. (4) Studies should involve participants who have received prior sexual and reproductive health education or are currently participating in related research.

简单随机抽样的方法,研究者使用抽签的方式在两所小学中选取一所小学作为干预组,另一所小学作为对照组。研究者使用随机数表的方式在各个学校抽取一个四年级班级和一个五年级班级,例如李庄镇李庄中心小学四年级有3个班级,五年级有四个班级。在四年级和五年级中各抽取1个班级。给四年级3个班级进行编码01,02,03;给五年级4个班级进行编码01,02,03,04。在随机数表中选取第6行第6列的数字(含),从左往右,从上往下,最先出现的中的一个数字,即为入组班级的编号(备用方法为采用谷歌随机数产生工具)。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

Using the method of simple random sampling, researchers selected one primary school as the intervention group and another as the control group by drawing lots from two schools. To randomly select classes within each school, the researchers employed a random number table to choose one fourth-grade class and one fifth-grade class. For example, in Lizhuang Town Central Primary School, there are three fourth-grade classes and four fifth-grade classes. One class from each grade was selected. The fourth-grade classes were coded 01, 02, 03; the fifth-grade classes were coded 01, 02, 03, 04. A number from the random number table was chosen from the sixth row and sixth column (inclusive), reading from left to right and top to bottom, to identify the first appearing number as the code for the selected class (an alternative method involves using the Google random number generator).

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

在受试者招募及分组后,干预组及对照组受试者将接受一次基线问卷调查,涉及基本性与生殖健康知识、态度、行为等内容。干预结束后以及随访将采用与基线同样的问卷。问卷均线下在班级中完成。本研究在任何步骤中不会将可辨识信息(姓名等)与其它数据联系在一起。 在完成受试者入组与分组后,研究人员将通过学校采集学生可辨识信息,并为每一个学生创造一个单独虚假编号。在基线与干预后及随访的问卷过程中,每位学生只需要填写属于自己的单独虚假编号,而不需要填写任何可辨识信息。基线和干预后及随访的数据将通过单独虚假编号连接。虚假编号及对应可辨识信息除录入数据的研究人员以外,不涉及第三者知道。此可辨识信息将于研究结束后销毁。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

After recruitment and grouping, participants in both the intervention and control groups will complete a baseline survey. This survey will cover basic knowledge, attitudes, and behaviours related to sexual and reproductive health. The same survey will be administered after the intervention and during the follow-up. The surveys will be completed offline in the classroom with the assistance of surveyors who have undergone uniform training. Identifiable information, such as names, will not be linked with other data at any stage of the study. Researchers will collect students' identifiable information through the schools and assign a unique pseudonym to each student after completing participant enrollment and grouping. During the baseline, post-intervention, and follow-up survey phases, each student will only need to fill in their own unique pseudonym, without providing any identifiable information. Data from the baseline, post-intervention, and follow-up will be linked via unique pseudonyms. The knowledge of the pseudonyms and corresponding identifiable information will be limited to the data entry personnel and will not be disclosed to any third parties. Identifiable information will be destroyed at the end of the study.
