研究目的：

（1）以AWGS诊断指南为肌肉减少症的诊断标准，对在我院放射科进行影像检查患者进行肌肉减少症筛查，调查患者肌肉减少症的患病率。 （2）建立影像-肌肉减少症数据库，分析影像检查数据与肌肉减少症的相关影，并进一步利用深度学习方法构建基于影像图像的肌肉减少症诊断模型，从而达到进一步挖掘影像数据的目的，有助于早发现、早干预肌肉减少症。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Using the AWGS diagnostic guidelines as the diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia, patients undergoing imaging examinations in the radiology department of our hospital were screened for sarcopenia, and the prevalence of sarcopenia was investigated. (2) Establish an image-sarcopenia database, analyze the correlation between image examination data and sarcopenia, so as to achieve the purpose of further mining image data, and help early detection and early intervention of sarcopenia.

纳入标准：

（1）患者大于40岁 （2）患者同意进行DXA和BIA检查

Inclusion criteria

(1) >40 years old (2) Agree to conduct DXA and BIA inspection

排除标准：

（1）膝关节和髋关节严重骨关节炎，导致的步态障碍的患者 （2）痴呆、帕金森病等进行性运动疾病的患者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with gait disturbance caused by severe osteoarthritis of the knee and hip joints (2) Patients with progressive motor diseases such as dementia and Parkinson's disease
