通过对老年衰弱患者使用大笑疗法合并双重任务进行干预，分析老年衰弱患者在干预前后的情绪状态已经认知功能的变化。  

Objectives of Study：

By using laughter therapy combined with dual tasks to intervene in elderly frail patients, analyze the changes in their emotional state and cognitive function before and after the intervention.

纳入标准：

适用于年龄≥60岁，经量表筛查存在衰弱，思维及认知方面的功能基本正常，沟通无障碍。

Inclusion criteria

Applicable to individuals aged ≥ 60 years old who have been screened for frailty through a scale, have basic normal thinking and cognitive functions, and have no communication barriers.

排除标准：

排除有特别严重的听觉或认知障碍，卧床、生活不能自理者，有出血风险者，存在躯体、精神功能障碍的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Excluding patients with particularly severe hearing or cognitive impairments, bedridden, unable to take care of themselves, at risk of bleeding, and with physical or mental disabilities.
