(1)基于黑质-纹状体-皮质通路及其下游的运动网络系统在结构、功能、 代谢方面的特征,明确LID 发生发展的神经机制。 (2)揭示LID 黑质多巴胺能神经元丢失与上述通路/网络的相互作用,利用 PET-MRI 技术建立微观到宏观的关联,加深对LID 神经机制的认识。 |

Objectives of Study: |
(1) to define the neural mechanism of the occurrence and development of LID based on the structural, functional and metabolic characteristics of the nigro-striator-cortical pathway and its downstream motor network system. (2) Reveal the interaction between the loss of dopaminergic neurons in the nigra of LID and the above pathways/networks, and use PET-MRI technology to establish the correlation from micro to macro to deepen the understanding of the neural mechanism of LID. |

纳入标准: |
① 年龄50-80(含)岁; ② 符合帕金森病诊断,依照英国脑库的诊断标准或MDS 2018“临床确诊的帕金森病”诊断标准; ③ 经左旋多巴治疗6个月以上并且近4周未调整抗帕金森病药物; ④ 右利手。 |

Inclusion criteria |
① Age 50-80 years old (inclusive); ② Meet the diagnosis of Parkinson's disease according to the diagnostic criteria of the British Brain Bank or the diagnostic criteria of MDS 2018 "Clinically Confirmed Parkinson's Disease"; ③Anti-Parkinson's drugs were not adjusted for more than 6 months after treatment with levodopa and nearly 4 weeks after treatment; ④ Right-handed. |

排除标准: |
① 存在其他可能影响脑部结构或者功能的疾病(头部外伤史、严重的脑萎缩、脑中风、脑肿瘤、癫痫、精神分裂症、谵妄、躁狂、痴呆、严重的肝脏疾病、肾脏疾病等); ② 存在药物滥用史、酗酒、尼古丁成瘾; ③ 已经并发异动症; ④ 存在PET-MRI检查禁忌症(体内金属植入物,心脏起搏器等)。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
①The presence of other diseases that may affect the structure or function of the brain (history of head trauma, severe brain atrophy, stroke, brain tumor, epilepsy, schizophrenia, delirium, mania, dementia, severe liver disease, kidney disease, etc.); ② There is a history of drug abuse, alcoholism, nicotine addiction; ③ has been complicated by transactivity; ④There are contraindications for PET-MRI (metal implants, pacemakers, etc.). |
