研究目的：

利用电子心力监测获取极早产儿生后早期的血流动力学指标，早期预测hsPDA的发生，达到早期干预并减少极早产儿hsPDA的发生，从而服务于临床，改善极早产儿的临床预后。  

Objectives of Study：

Electrical cardiometry monitoring was used to obtain hemodynamic indicators of extremely preterm infants in the early postnatal period to predict hsPDA at an early stage, to achieve early intervention and reduce the incidence of hsPDA, and to improve the clinical prognosis of extremely preterm infants.

纳入标准：

生后12h内入院，且出生胎龄 <30周的早产儿

Inclusion criteria

Preterm infants admitted to the hospital within 12 h of birth and born at <30 weeks of gestational age

排除标准：

（1）存在房间隔缺损（ASD）室间隔缺损（VSD）以外的先天性心脏病； （2）先天性基因或者染色体异常； （3）患儿家属拒绝入组此项研究。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Presence of congenital heart disease other than atrial septal defect (ASD) and ventricular septal defect (VSD); (2) Congenital genetic or chromosomal abnormalities; (3) Refusal of the child's family to enroll in the study.
