研究目的：

主要目标是通过评估和康复训练缓解重庆市运动员的慢性肌肉骨骼疼痛，可以分为以下分目标： （1）了解重庆市高校运动员慢性肌肉骨骼疼痛现状 （2）分析重庆市高校运动员慢性肌肉骨骼疼痛类别及确定评估手段 （3）制定具有针对性的慢性肌肉骨骼疼的康复训练方案 （4）探讨康复训练对运动员慢性肌肉骨骼疼痛的改善效果  

Objectives of Study：

The main goal is to alleviate chronic musculoskeletal pain in Chongqing athletes through assessment and rehabilitation training, which can be divided into the following sub-goals: (1) To understand the status quo of chronic musculoskeletal pain in college athletes in Chongqing (2) To analyze the types of chronic musculoskeletal pain of college athletes in Chongqing and determine the means of evaluation (3) Develop targeted rehabilitation training programs for chronic musculoskeletal pain (4) To explore the improvement effect of rehabilitation training on chronic musculoskeletal pain in athletes

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

干预部分： 1.年龄在18～30岁的运动员，且符合国际疼痛协会（IASP）的慢性疼痛诊断标准的继发性疼痛，即疼痛时间≥3个月；（2）2分

Inclusion criteria

Intervention section: 1. Secondary pain in athletes aged 18-30 years who meet the International Pain Association (IASP) criteria for diagnosing chronic pain, i.e., pain duration ≥3 months; 2. 2 points

排除标准：

干预部分： （1）疼痛急性炎症期者；（2）有恶性肿瘤及严重心、肝、肾、神经系统等疾病；（3）既往有精神障碍病史；（4）有运动训练禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

Intervention section: 1. Patients with pain and acute inflammation; 2. there are malignant tumors and serious diseases of the heart, liver, kidney and nervous system; 3. Previous history of mental disorders; 4. Contraindications for sports training.
