研究目的：

通过本研究探讨基于健康行为整合理论构建的老年髋部骨折患者三阶段运动方案的有效性，建立起适合于不同机能状态不同恢复阶段老年人的多个运动组合处方；提升老年患者对疾病的感知能力、接受健康教育能力、动机改变能力和强化维持行为能力；明确各运动处方的实用范围、使用时间及注意事项，为骨科临床护理指南提供新的参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Through this study, we explore the effectiveness of the three-phase exercise program for elderly hip fracture patients constructed on the basis of the integration theory of health behaviours, establish multiple exercise combination prescriptions suitable for elderly people with different functional states and different stages of recovery; enhance the ability of elderly patients to perceive diseases, accept health education, change motivation and strengthen maintenance behaviours; and clarify the practical scope of each exercise prescription, the use of time and It also clarifies the practical scope, time of use and precautions of each exercise prescription, and provides a new reference for orthopaedic clinical nursing guidelines.

纳入标准：

①年龄≥65岁；②X线确诊为髋部骨折（股骨颈或股骨粗隆间骨折）；③行单侧髋关节置换术；④签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

① Age ≥65 years; ② X-ray diagnosis of hip fracture (femoral neck or intertrochanteric fracture); ③ Unilateral hip replacement; ④ Signed informed consent form

排除标准：

①陈旧性骨折（受伤时间至入院时间间距＞3周）；②伴恶性肿瘤或病理性骨折；③二次骨折；④多处骨折或开放性骨折；⑤患者术前合并血液系统疾病或免疫系统疾病，如白血病、类风湿性关节炎等；⑥患者术前心肺功能存在严重问题或疾病；⑦伤前不能正常行走（如偏瘫）；⑧患者合并精神病史或严重认知障碍；⑨临床资料收集不完善等。

Exclusion criteria：

① old fracture (the interval between the time of injury and the time of admission > 3 weeks); ② with malignant tumour or pathological fracture; ③ secondary fracture; ④ multiple fracture or open fracture; ⑤ patients with preoperative combined haematological or immune system diseases, such as leukemia, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.; ⑥ patients with preoperative cardiorespiratory function serious problems or diseases; ⑦ pre-injury inability to walk normally (e.g., hemiplegia); ⑧ patients with a combined history of mental illness or serious cognitive impairment; ⑨ Inadequate collection of clinical data, etc. Translated with www.DeepL.com/Translator (free version)
