研究目的：

脊髓损伤亚急性仍有较高的深静脉血栓发生率，准确的预测是早期发现和干预深静脉血栓的重要方法。本研究拟采用多种机器学习方法，检测潜在因素与血栓发生风险之间的关系，并检验哪种机器学习方法能显著提高VTE的预测精度。  

Objectives of Study：

Venous thromboembolism (VTE) is a very common complications with a high morbidity of spinal cord injury. An accurate prediction of the risk of VTE has important implications for early intervention and treatment. In light of recent advances in machine learning, the application of this technique in VTE prediction has achieved plentiful promising results.

纳入标准：

2010年-2022年康复科诊断为外伤脊髓损伤患者，初步调查脊髓损伤亚急性期住院患者（病程＜3个月）

Inclusion criteria

Patients with traumatic spinal cord injury(<3month)

排除标准：

(a)年龄在18岁以下;(b)病程>3个月患者;(c)非外伤造成脊髓损伤患者;(d)其医疗记录不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

:(a)age<18;(b)the duration>3month;(c)Patients with non-traumatic spinal cord injury;(d)Medical records are incomplete .
