研究目的：

探索产后抑郁与分娩前后经前综合征及其产前变化的相关性；探究认知功能和压力在产后抑郁与经前综合征变化中的作用路径。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the correlation between postpartum depression and premenstrual syndrome before and after delivery and its prenatal changes. To explore the role of cognitive function and stress in the changes of postpartum depression and PMS.

纳入标准：

在研究现场住院分娩、≥18岁的产妇

Inclusion criteria

Women aged 18 years or older who delivered in hospital at the study site

排除标准：

不能独立完成问卷填写；患有内分泌系统或除抑郁外其它已确诊的精神疾病；正在接受影响情绪和月经周期药物治疗；胎儿宫内死亡；存在其他急慢性疾病导致无法参与研究的产妇

Exclusion criteria：

Unable to complete the questionnaire independently; Have an endocrine system or other diagnosed mental illness other than depression; Taking medications that affect your mood and menstrual cycle; Intrauterine death of the fetus; Women with other acute or chronic medical conditions who could not participate in the study
