研究目的：

在可能受到核废水影响的山东省沿海城市烟台市作为人群研究现场，建立出生队列并记录出生缺陷的发生情况，并通过对孕妇人群生物样本的检测，确立以下目标： （1） 建立山东省内首个渤海/黄海交界处沿岸城市烟台市的出生队列； （2） 监测烟台市出生缺陷的发生情况以及核污水排海后孕妇体内放射性核素内暴露水平随时间的变化情况； （3） 探索不同放射性元素的浓度水平与出生缺陷的关联，确定危险阈值。  

Objectives of Study：

To establish a birth cohort and surveil the occurrence of birth defects in the coastal city of Yantai, Shandong Province, which may be affected by nuclear wastewater,and test biological samples from a population of pregnant women, to achieve the following objectives (1) To establish a birth cohort in Yantai, the first coastal city at the Bohai/Yellow Sea junction in Shandong Province; (2) To surveil the occurrence of birth defects in Yantai and find the changes of radionuclides exposure levels in pregnant women after the discharge of nuclear sewage into the sea; (3) To explore the association between the concentration levels of different radioactive elements and birth defects, and to determine the risk threshold.

纳入标准：

①在烟台本地居住满一年，且计划长期居住在本地； ②在本医院建档，进行产前检查并在本院分娩； ③同意参与本研究并愿意将剩余血样用于之后研究。

Inclusion criteria

①Have lived l in Yantai for at least one year and plan to live in Yantai for a long time; ②Have prenatal examination and give birth in this hospital; ③ Agree to participate in this study and be willing to use the remaining blood samples for future research.

排除标准：

双胎和多胎；身体情况无法配合完成调查者

Multiple births Unable to complete the investigation due to medical condition
