研究目的：

研究膝骨关节炎患者肠道菌群与代谢情况，找出差异微生物与代谢产物，明确电针联合推拿对膝骨关节炎的疗效及对肠道菌群的调节作用。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the gut microbiota and metabolism of patients with knee osteoarthritis, to find out the different microorganisms and metabolites, and to clarify the efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with tuina on knee osteoarthritis and the regulation of gut microbiota.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合KOA 诊断标准； ②年龄 40~80 岁，病程≥6个月； ③在过去1 个月中大部分时间里膝关节疼痛视觉模拟评分法（Visual Analogue Scale， VAS）≥3 分； ④签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the diagnostic criteria of KOA; ② Age 40-80 years, disease duration ≥ 6 months; ③Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) ≥3 for most of the time in the past 1 month; ④Signed informed consent.

排除标准：

①所有受试者在取样前8周内，发生过胃肠道疾病，服用过抗生素或益生菌、益 生元等能够影响肠道菌群的制剂； ②其他疾病产生关节症状者，如代谢性骨病、急性创伤等； ③痛风性关节炎、类风湿关节炎等非退行性关节炎及关节畸形； ④妊娠期、精神疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

① All subjects who have had gastrointestinal diseases, taken antibiotics or agents capable of affecting intestinal flora, such as probiotics and prebiotics, in the 8 weeks prior to sampling; ② Other diseases that produce joint symptoms, such as metabolic bone disease, acute trauma; ③ Gouty arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and other non-degenerative arthritis and joint deformities; ④Pregnancy, mental illness.
