研究目的：

本临床研究通过观察冠心宁片对不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床疗效，进一步探究冠心宁片是否能够提升患者心功能，从而为临床治疗提供相应的参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

By observing the clinical effect of Guanxinning tablet on patients with unstable angina pectoris, this clinical study further explored whether Guanxinning tablet could improve the cardiac function of patients, so as to provide corresponding reference for clinical treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合2016年的中华医学会心血管分会等制定的《非ST段抬高型急性冠脉综合征诊断和治疗指南》不稳定型心绞痛的诊断标准；②符合 PCI 手术指征且于本院行 PCI 治疗；③年龄18-75岁；④自愿参与本研究，且签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the diagnostic criteria of unstable angina pectoris in accordance with the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of non-ST Segment Elevation Acute Coronary Syndrome formulated by the Cardiovascular Society of the Chinese Medical Association in 2016; ② Meet the indications for PCI surgery and receive PCI treatment in our hospital; ③ Age 18-75 years old; ④ Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

①年龄小于18岁或者大于75岁；②合并血液系统疾病者、出血倾向者；③合并肺、肾、肝功能严重异常者及其他心血管疾病者；④精神疾病者；⑤药物过敏患者；⑥合并恶性肿瘤者；⑦依从性差。

Exclusion criteria：

① Under 18 years of age or over 75 years of age; ② Patients with blood system diseases and bleeding tendency; (3) Patients with severe abnormal lung, kidney, liver function and other cardiovascular diseases; ④ Mental illness; (5) Patients with drug allergy; ⑥ Patients with malignant tumors; ⑦ Poor compliance.
