研究目的：

制定以基本公共卫生服务为基础和移动戒烟平台的高血压戒烟干预的调查和干预方案，帮助高血压患者戒烟。实施戒烟干预研究，并评估戒烟干预的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Develop investigation and intervention schemes for hypertension smoking cessation interventions based on basic public health services and mobile smoking cessation platforms to assist hypertensive patients in quitting smoking. Implement smoking cessation intervention studies and evaluate the effectiveness of smoking cessation interventions.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄：35-70岁（以身份证年龄为准）； ② 使用的手机为智能手机 ③从未成功戒烟过，并计划在未来1个月内尝试戒烟的高血压患者中的现在吸烟者 ④计划在未来1个月内尝试戒烟 ⑤所调查县（市、区）的常住居民（居住半年以上），且近12个月内没有搬迁计划； ⑥签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age: 35-70 years old (based on ID card age); 2.Using a smartphone; 3.Hypertensive patients who have never successfully quit smoking and plan to attempt smoking cessation within the next month; 4.Current smokers planning to attempt smoking cessation within the next month; 5.Permanent residents (residing for more than six months) of the surveyed county (city, district) with no plans to relocate in the past 12 months; 6.Signed informed consent.

排除标准：

① 年龄<35岁或>70岁； ② 在未来1个月没有尝试戒烟的计划； ③ 目前正在参加任何其他的临床试验； ④ 任何可能影响干预和后续行动的严重精神或身体疾病； ⑤ 不能接受戒烟干预和随访的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Age <35 years old or >70 years old; 2.No plan to attempt smoking cessation in the next month; 3.Currently participating in any other clinical trials; 4.Any severe mental or physical illnesses that may affect the intervention and follow-up actions; 5.Patients unable to receive smoking cessation intervention and follow-up.

由研究设计人员根据计算机生成的随机数字列表将试验点分为不同的组。所有试验点按首字母顺序进行编号重庆（1～12），宁夏（1～8），在计算机Excel表中依次随机生成随机数并编号，然后对生成随机数进行从小到大排序，每四个数分为一组。

The research designers divided the test points into different groups based on a computer-generated list of random numbers. All test points were numbered in alphabetical order: Chongqing (1-12), Ningxia (1-8). Random numbers were sequentially generated and assigned in a computer Excel sheet, then sorted in ascending order, with every four numbers forming one group.
