研究目的:

本研究主要采用量表评估、基本身体素质测试、认知行为学测试、心血管测试、近红外、脑电以及血液分析等手段,通过分析被试运动干预前后的基本身体素质、行为学及近红外和脑电数据,提取出反应被试任务表现的指标(如反应时、正确率、脑区活动性等),通过分析中心动脉、周围动脉的相关指标(如心率变异性、脉搏波传导速度、血流介导的血管扩张等),来研究不同运动方式对电竞专业大学生的认知功能、心血管功能的影响,并进一步探讨其发生改变的神经生物学机制,为运动改善大脑功能、心血管功能的机制研究提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study:

This study mainly used methods such as scale evaluation, basic physical fitness testing, cognitive behavioral testing, cardiovascular testing, near-infrared, EEG, and blood analysis. By analyzing the basic physical fitness, behavioral, near-infrared, and EEG data of the subjects before and after exercise intervention, indicators reflecting their task performance (such as reaction time, accuracy, and brain area activity) were extracted. By analyzing the central artery To study the effects of different exercise modes on cognitive and cardiovascular function of esports major college students, and further explore the neurobiological mechanisms underlying these changes, relevant indicators of peripheral arteries, such as heart rate variability, pulse wave conduction velocity, and blood flow mediated vasodilation, are used to provide theoretical basis for the study of the mechanisms by which exercise improves brain and cardiovascular function.

纳入标准:

(1)电子游戏爱好者(过去六个月中平均每周游戏总时长大于5个小时); (2)无任何运动禁忌症; (3)没有任何心理疾病和认知障碍; (4)不酗酒吸烟,未怀孕。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Electronic game enthusiasts (with an average total weekly gaming time of more than 5 hours in the past six months); (2) No contraindications to exercise; (3) No mental illness or cognitive impairment; (4) Not drinking or smoking excessively, not pregnant.

排除标准:

(1)2 个月内服用过激素类药物; (2)近半年内存在骨折或关节拉伤扭伤; (3)在研究期间服用任何矿物质/维生素补充剂。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Have taken hormone drugs within 2 months; (2) In the past six months, there have been fractures or joint strains and sprains; (3) Take any mineral/vitamin supplements during the study period.

主要进行有规律、有目标、持续性周期运动。本研究利用功率自行车在 70%-75%最大心率的区间进行40min 有氧训练。训练时受试者佩戴心率带在功率自行车上进行运动,按照年龄计算受试者的估算心率最大值的70%-75%,以此作为其运动的靶心率。

The main focus is on regular, targeted, and sustained cyclic exercise. This study used a power bicycle to perform 40 minutes of aerobic training in the range of 70% to 75% maximum heart rate. During training, participants wear a heart rate band while exercising on a power bike. The estimated maximum heart rate of the participants is calculated to be 70% -75% based on their age, which serves as their target heart rate for the exercise.
