研究目的：

1）获得海南省脑卒中筛查人群一般情况、实验室检查资料； 2）了解海南省人群中不同的生活方式、疾病因素、饮食习惯、特别是槟榔食性对同型半胱氨酸水平的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1) To obtain the general situation and laboratory examination data of stroke screening population in Hainan Province; 2) To understand the effects of different lifestyles, disease factors, dietary habits, especially areca diet on homocysteine levels in Hainan Province.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

采取整群抽样调查方法对海南省不同市县地区 40 岁以上的部分人口进行初筛，对筛查出的脑卒中高危人群，进行病史采集、体格检查及相关生化检查，且将问卷填写完整的知情同意者作为研究对象。

Inclusion criteria

The cluster sampling survey method was adopted to conduct preliminary screening of the population over 40 years old in different cities and counties of Hainan Province. Medical history collection, physical examination and related biochemical examination were carried out on the high-risk population of stroke, and the informed consenters who completed the questionnaire were selected as the research objects.

排除标准：

需排除以下人群（可影响同型半胱氨酸水平因素）：
1）近期服用考来烯胺（消胆胺），卡马西平，皮质类固醇 ， 二甲双胍，环孢霉素，烟酸，氨茶碱，氨甲喋吟，左旋多巴 ，异烟肼，质子泵抑制药（如奥美拉唑，苯巴比妥，苯妥英钠，甲氨蝶呤，含雌激素的口服避孕药，胰岛素，异烟肼。
2）合并有以下疾病者：慢性肾衰竭，甲状腺功能减退，贫血，恶性肿瘤，类风湿关节炎，系统性红斑狼疮，肠道疾病（乳糜泻/结肠炎），慢性胃炎，慢性肾病，胃溃疡，银屑病，厌食症，肝脏疾病（如病毒性肝炎、酒精性肝硬化），肾结核。
3）直系亲属（母亲、父亲、兄弟、姐妹）中，有家族性心脑血管疾病，家族性高血压、家族性糖尿病等遗传病史。

Exclusion criteria：

The following populations (factors affecting homocysteine levels) should be excluded:
1) Recently taking coletenamide (anticholeamine), carbamazepine, corticosteroids, metformin, cyclosporine, niacin, aminophylline, Methotrein, levodopa, isoniazid, proton pump inhibitors (e.g., omeprazole, phenobarbital, phenytoin sodium, methotrexate, oral contraceptives containing estrogen, insulin, isoniazid.
2) Patients with the following diseases: chronic renal failure, hypothyroidism, anemia, malignancy, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, intestinal disease (celiac disease/colitis), chronic gastritis, chronic kidney disease, gastric ulcer, psoriasis, anorexia, liver disease (e.g. viral hepatitis, alcoholic cirrhosis), renal tuberculosis.
3) In the immediate family (mother, father, brothers, sisters), there is a family history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, family hypertension, family diabetes and other genetic history.
