研究目的：

1、探索采用-80°快速冷冻的方式保存全飞秒激光小切口透镜切除术（SMILE）角膜透镜的可行性；2、研究SMILE透镜移植治疗的安全性；3、研究准分子激光治疗性角膜切削术（PTK）联合SMILE透镜移植治疗角膜浅层病变手术的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical efficacy and feasibility of corneal opacities treated by excimer laser phototherapeutic keratectomy (PTK) combined with small incision lenticule extraction (SMILE)-derived corneal stromal lenticule transplantation.

纳入标准：

通过裂隙灯检查，诊断为角膜混浊的患者
角膜厚度大于400微米
自愿参加本研究并签署书面知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

The patient was diagnosed with corneal opacity by slit-lamp examination
postoperative corneal thickness ≥ 400 μm
volunteer to participate in the study and sign a written informed consent

排除标准：

有其他可能干扰研究结果的眼部疾病，如活动性角膜炎、活动性结膜炎、青光眼、葡萄膜炎、严重的白内障、严重干眼等
存在未被控制的全身疾病，如严重心脏病、肾功能不全、严重感染等
无法遵守研究协议或要求的患者，如丧失随访能力或不愿意参与研究的患者
怀孕或哺乳期患者

Exclusion criteria：

patients with other ocular diseases that may interfere with the study results such as keratitis, uveitis, severe dry eye, retinal detachment, severe cataract
patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases, such as serious heart disease, renal insufficiency, serious infection
patients who are unable to comply with study protocols or requirements
pregnant and lactating patients. Corneal lenticule donor patients underwent routine SMILE surgeries
