研究目的：

1.以国际老年人运动建议(ICFSR):专家共识指南、社会生态系统理论为支撑，构建基于社会生态系统理论的Vivifrail-B 多成分运动干预方案。 2. 验证基于社会生态系统理论的 Vivifrail-B 多成分运动干预方案对社区衰弱老年人躯体功能的作用效果，为我国社区衰弱老年人多成分运动干预提供理论与实证参考。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Based on ICFSR: expert consensus guide and social ecological theory, Vivifrail-B multicomponent exercise intervention protocol based on social ecological theory is constructed. 2. Verify the effect of Vivifrail-B multicomponent exercise intervention protocol based on social ecological theory on the physical function in community-dwelling frail older adults, and provide theoretical and empirical reference with multicomponent exercise intervention in community-dwelling frail older adults in our country.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥60 岁； （2）FRAIL 量表得分≥3 分； （3）简易体能测试（SPPB）得分 4-6 分； （4）无理解、听觉、视觉障碍，能与研究人员有效交流沟通； （5）对干预内容知情同意，且自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age ≥60 years old; (2) FRAIL scale score ≥3 points; (3) Short Physical Performance Battery score 4-6 points; (4) Have no comprehension, hearing, or visual impairment, and can communicate effectively with researchers; (5) Informed consent to the intervention content and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

（1）诊断为认知障碍、老年痴呆症或其他精神疾病者； （2）患有以下疾病者：急性心肌梗塞或近期有不稳定的心绞痛；控制不良的心律失常；剥离性主动脉瘤；严重的主动脉瓣狭窄；心内膜炎/急性心包炎；控制不良的高血压；急性血栓性栓塞症；急性或严重心力衰竭；急性或严重呼吸衰竭；控制不良的姿势性低血压；控制不良的低血糖或失代偿性糖尿病；过去一个月发生骨折等； （3）非长期居住在社区者； （4）同时参与其他干预研究的老年人。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those diagnosed with cognitive impairment, Alzheimer's disease or other mental illness; (2) Patients with acute myocardial infarction or recent unstable angina pectoris; poorly controlled arrhythmia; stripped aortic aneurysm; severe aortic stenosis; endocarditis/acute pericarditis; poorly controlled hypertension; acute thromboembolism; acute or severe heart failure; acute or severe respiratory failure; poorly controlled postural hypotension; poorly controlled hypoglycemia or decompensated diabetes mellitus; fractures in the past month; (3) People who do not live in the community for a long time; (4) Elderly people who also participated in other intervention studies.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

与研究对象面对面进行资料的收集，所有采集的数据录入SPSS数据分析软件。数据按照管理要求由专人管理，数据录入与分析人员全程不参与项目研究，避免了外变量的干扰，实验结果更科学有效。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data were collected face to face with the research subjects, and all collected data were entered into SPSS data analysis software.The data was managed by specialists according to the management requirements. The data entry and analysis personnel were not involved in the whole project study, which avoided the interference of external variables and made the experimental results more scientific and effective.
