研究目的：

1、将新型光声显微成像系统应用于口腔颌面部肿瘤，建立相应的 PAS 诊断模型。 2、将 PAS 诊断模型应用于待测患者组织，实现无染色、无标记、早期、快速识别细胞核的形态结构等各种物理参量，标注出病灶位置，明确肿瘤和正常组织的边界等病理诊断信为后期临床在体的转化应用奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The new photoacoustic microscopy system was applied to oral and maxillofacial tumors, and the corresponding PAS diagnostic model was established. 2. Apply the PAS diagnostic model to the tissues of the patients to be tested to achieve non-staining, non-labeling, early and rapid pathological diagnosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

建模部分：肿瘤蜡块2000个； 验证部分：组织样本200例；  

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Modeling section: 2000 tumor wax blocks; Verification section: 200 tissue samples; 

纳入标准：

①全部病例均经手术得到病理结果，明确诊断为上述病种中的一种，有分型的明确分型； ②原发部位为舌、颊、牙龈、口底、腮腺及其他唾液腺等部位； ③病历信息完整、病理信息完整、签署相关知情同意

Inclusion criteria

(1) All cases were surgically diagnosed with pathological results, and they were clearly diagnosed as one of the above diseases, and there was a clear classification of types. (2) The primary sites are the tongue, cheeks, gums, floor of the mouth, parotid gland and other salivary glands. (3) Complete medical record information, complete pathological information, and sign relevant informed consent.

排除标准：

1 排除原发部位为鼻咽、喉及颅颈部的患者； 2 排除未进行手术治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with nasopharynx, larynx, and craniocervical primary sites are excluded. 2. Patients who have not undergone surgical treatment are excluded.
