研究目的：

(1)主要研究目的：研究老年患者大型腹部手术术后急性肾损伤发生率； (2)次要研究目的：筛查老年患者大型腹部手术术后发生急性肾损伤危险因素； (3)探索性研究：探索老年患者大型腹部手术麻醉管理的临床决策。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the incidence and risk factors of acute kidney injury after major abdominal surgery in elderly patients; Exploratory research: to explore clinical decision-making in the management of anesthesia for large abdominal surgery in elderly patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 年龄≥65岁，性别不限
(2) 择期大型腹内非血管手术（手术时间>2h、且住院时间≥2天）

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age≥ 65 years old, gender is not limited
(2) Elective large-scale intra-abdominal non-vascular surgery (operation time> 2 hours, hospital stay ≥ 2 days)

排除标准：

(1) 患者或家属拒绝参加研究及未签署知情同意书的患者;
(2) 术前合并肾脏疾病或肌酐异常者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients or family members refuse to participate in the study and patients who do not sign the informed consent form;
(2) Patients with kidney disease or creatinine abnormalities.
