研究目的：

在IDEAS的指导下构建基于M-PAC的行为干预方案，并探讨干预方案对冠心病PCI术后患者身体活动的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To construct a behavioral intervention program based on M-PAC under the guidance of IDEAS and to explore the effect of the intervention program on physical activity in patients after PCI for coronary artery disease.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.基于血管造影的初步诊断为冠心病或先前诊断的冠心病加重而住院的成年人，接受PCI治疗的患者；
2.经心内科医生和理疗师评估为适合参加本项目；
3.能阅读和说中文，具有小学或以上的教育背景；
4.能够使用智能手机访问互联网；
5.自愿参与研究；

Inclusion criteria

1.Adults hospitalized with a preliminary diagnosis of coronary artery disease or exacerbation of previously diagnosed coronary artery disease based on angiography, patients treated with PCI;
2.Evaluated by a cardiologist and physical therapist as suitable for the program;
3.Ability to read and speak Chinese, with an educational background of elementary school or above;
4.Ability to use a smart phone to access the internet;
5.Voluntary participation in research;

排除标准：

1.运动测试和训练的绝对或相对禁忌症（例如，未经治疗的室性心动过速，严重的心力衰竭，无法控制的高血压或低血压）；
2.视觉、精细运动、听觉或运动障碍的患者；
3.急性精神病；
4.明显的运动受限的；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Absolute or relative contraindications to exercise testing and training (e.g., untreated ventricular tachycardia, severe heart failure, uncontrolled hypertension or hypotension);
2.Patients with visual, fine motor, auditory or motor impairments;
3.Acute psychosis;
4.Significant limitation of movement;
