研究目的：

1.评价电针改善直肠癌低位前切除综合征患者排便功能的疗效、优势和安全性，形成电针治疗低位前切除综合征的有效治疗方案； 2.归纳患者主观疗效评价、生活质量、对治疗的期望及满意度，评价电针治疗方案的患者认可度。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the efficacy, advantages and safety of electroacupuncture in improving defecation function in patients with low anterior resection syndrome of rectal cancer, and to form an effective treatment plan for low anterior resection syndrome with electroacupuncture; 2. To summarize patients' subjective efficacy evaluation, quality of life, treatment expectations and satisfaction, and evaluate patients' acceptance of electroacupuncture treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.直肠癌病理学诊断患者，直肠癌前切除术后（未行预防性造口）； 2.年龄18~75岁； 3.符合LARS诊断，LARS量表评分≥21分； 4.预期生存时间≥6个月； 5.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with pathological diagnosis of rectal cancer after resection of rectal cancer (without preventive stomy); 2. Aged 18-75 years old; 3. Consistent with LARS diagnosis, LARS scale score >= 21 points; 4. Expected survival time >= 6 months; 5. Sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1.有药物、感染、或其他引起腹泻、排便困难的疾病（如肠易激综合征、放射性肠炎、中枢神经损伤等）； 2.凝血功能障碍或有严重系统性疾病； 3.合并吻合口狭窄、吻合口瘘/漏、吻合口出血、肠道穿孔等术后并发症或局部肿瘤复发者； 4.有智力障碍或精神病史无法合作者； 5.正在参加其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Drugs, infections, or other diseases that cause diarrhea and difficulty defecating (such as irritable bowel syndrome, radiation enteritis, central nervous system damage, etc.); 2. Coagulation dysfunction or serious systemic disease; 3. Patients with postoperative complications such as anastomotic stenosis, anastomotic fistula/leakage, anastomotic bleeding, intestinal perforation or local tumor recurrence; 4. Those who have intellectual disability or psychiatric history that can not cooperate; 5. Those who are participating in other clinical trials.

本研究为多中心前瞻性队列研究与定性研究的混合设计。队列研究所有病例均录入注册登记平台数据库。按照患者是否接受电针治疗自然分为电针暴露组和非电针暴露组。

This study was a mixed design of a multicenter prospective cohort study and a qualitative study. All cases in the cohort study were entered into the registry platform database. Patients were naturally categorized into electroacupuncture-exposed and non-electroacupuncture-exposed groups according to whether or not they received electroacupuncture treatment.
