研究目的：

1.评估在病房使用咪达唑仑口服溶液对扁桃体伴腺样体切除患儿围术期焦虑相关行为的影响及安全性。 2.探索在病房使用咪达唑仑口服溶液的最佳剂量。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the effect and safety of midazolam oral solution on perioperative anxiety related behaviors of children with tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy in the ward. 2. Explore the best dosage of midazolam oral solution in the ward.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄2-7岁，性别不限
2.ASA I-II 级
3.择期在全麻下行鼻内镜下射频温控消融术（扁桃体伴腺样体切除术）

Inclusion criteria

1.2-7 years old, regardless of gender
2.ASA Class I~II
3.Selective tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy with endoscopic radiofrequency ablation under general anesthesia

排除标准：

1.对咪达唑仑过敏 2.既往对吸入麻醉药过敏或恶性高热家族史 3.合并心肺等疾病史或近期上呼吸道感染 4.发育迟缓、智力低下、听力障碍或精神疾病 5.BMI ≥28 kg/m^2 6。重度阻塞性呼吸睡眠暂停 7.参加其他干预性研究或拒绝知情同意

Exclusion criteria：

1.Allergy to midazolam 2.Family history of previous allergy to inhalation anesthetics or malignant hyperthermia 3. History of heart and lung diseases or recent upper respiratory tract infection 4.Growth retardation, mental retardation, hearing impairment or mental illness 5.BMI ≥28 kg/m^2 6.Severe obstructive sleep apnea 7.Participation in other intervention studies or refusal of informed consent
