研究目的：

氢气可以降低行腹腔镜肾脏部分切除术患者术后急性肾损伤的发生率，减少术后并发症，对患者短期预后有积极影响，完善有关术后急性肾损伤早期预防的研究。  

Objectives of Study：

Hydrogen can reduce the incidence of postoperative acute kidney injury in patients undergoing laparoscopic partial nephrectomy, reduce postoperative complications, have a positive impact on the short-term prognosis of patients, and improve the research on early prevention of postoperative acute kidney injury.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)年龄50-70岁; 2)ASA分级I-III级; 3)BMI 18-30kg/m2; 4)行腹腔镜单侧肾脏部分切除手术。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age 50-70 years old; 2) ASA grading I-III; 3)BMI 18-30kg/m2; 4) Laparoscopic unilateral partial renal resection surgery.

排除标准：

1)急诊手术； 2)预期住院时间<3 d； 3)孤立肾者； 4)既往有肾脏手术史或合并肾功能不全者； 5)术前合并心、肝、肺、脓毒血症及代谢性障碍疾病； 6)术前长期使用肾毒性药物； 7)原发性高血压血压控制不佳者（SP>140mmHg或DP>90mmHg）； 8)术中血压不稳定需要大剂量血管活性药或输血治疗； 9)行肾部分切除时肾动脉阻断时间>30min。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Emergency surgery; 2) expected length of hospital stay<3 days; 3) Isolated kidney; 4) Previous history of renal surgery or renal insufficiency; 5) Preoperative combined with heart, liver, lung, sepsis and metabolic disorders; 6) long-term use of nephrotoxic drugs before surgery; 7) Primary hypertension with poor blood pressure control (SP> 140mmHg or DP>90mmHg); 8) Intraoperative blood pressure instability requires high-dose vasoactive drugs or blood transfusion; 9) Renal artery occlusion time > 30min during partial nephrectomy.
