研究目的：

评价抗结核治疗患者服用保肝药水飞蓟宾后的护肝效果，为抗结核治疗过程使用保肝药提供理论依据  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the protective effect of hepatoprotective drug shuifeijibin on patients with antituberculosis treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）诊断为肺结核；
（2）年龄18-60岁，性别不限；
（3）肝功能正常；
（4）依从性好，愿意参加并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

(1) Be diagnosed tuberculosis by the diagnostic criteria;
(2) Aged 18-60 years old, no limit on gender;
(3) Normal liver funtion;
(4) Good compliance and willing to sign informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）HIV感染；
（2）既往有肝脏疾病；
（3）酗酒；
（4）抗结核治疗期间使用其他肝损药物；
（5）乙肝表面抗原或丙肝抗体阳性；
（6）拒绝参加

Exclusion criteria：

(1) be infected with HIV;
(2) a history of liver disease;
(3) alcoholism;
(4) taking other liver-induced drugs combined with antituberculosis drug during therapy;
(5) Hepatitis B surface antigen or Hepatitis C antibody positive;
(6) refuse to participate.
