Objectives of Study：

Longitudinal prognostic model based on multimodal biomarkers in patients with ejection fraction preserved heart failure after coronary artery bypass grafting

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄为18-95岁之间； 2. 入院行冠脉搭桥； 3. 入院时诊断为缺血性心脏病； 4. 射血分数保留型心力衰竭

Inclusion criteria

1. be between 18 and 95 years of age; 2. admission for coronary artery bypass grafting; 3. a diagnosis of ischemic heart disease on admission; 4. heart failure with preserved ejection fraction

排除标准：

1.急性冠脉综合征； 2.既往行冠状动脉搭桥手术; 3. 起搏器植入术； 4. 心房颤动； 5．急性期或慢性期炎症反应； 6. 左心室收缩功能下降（射血分数<50%) 7. 严重主动脉狭窄； 8. 严重二尖瓣狭窄；严重三尖瓣狭窄； 9. 扩张性心肌病； 10. 风湿性心脏病； 11．肺心病 ； 12. 心肌炎或心肌病； 13. 有恶性肿瘤相关疾病; 14. 传染性或严重的肝肾疾病； 15. 治疗依从性差。

Exclusion criteria：

1. acute coronary syndrome; 2. previous coronary artery bypass graft surgery; 3. pacemaker implantation; 4. atrial fibrillation; 5. acute phase or chronic phase inflammatory response; 6. reduced left ventricular systolic function (ejection fraction <50%) 7. severe aortic stenosis 8. severe mitral stenosis; severe tricuspid stenosis; 9. dilated cardiomyopathy; 10. rheumatic heart disease; 11. pulmonary heart disease 12. myocarditis or cardiomyopathy 13. having malignant tumor-related disease; and 14. infectious or severe hepatic or renal disease; 15. poor adherence to treatment.
