研究目的：

（1）分析PHD膳食模式对肥胖防治的有效性，评估其在降低体脂率中的作用。 （2）记录受试者在干预过程中的心理变化，为制定绿色、有效的肥胖防治策略开辟新思路。 （3）探索肠道菌群在PHD膳食模式防治肥胖中的效应机制，揭示菌群与人体代谢之间的相互作用。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To assess the effect of planetary health diet (PHD) on obesity prevention and evaluate its role in reducing body fat percentage. (2) To assess psychological changes in participants during the intervention process to pave the way for the development of green and effective strategies for obesity prevention and treatment. (3) To explore the role of gut microbiome in the impact of PHD on obesity indicators in order to detect the interaction between gut microbiome and metabolism.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）18岁~45岁的成年人； （2）身心健康，有自我行为管理能力； （3）自愿签署知情同意书并愿意参加所有后续随访； （4）华裔；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Adults aged 18 to 45 years old; (2) Being physically and mentally healthy with self-behavior management ability; (3) Being Willing to sign informed consent and participate in subsequent follow-up; (4) Chinese descent.

排除标准：

（1）有特殊饮食习惯（如糖尿病饮食、生酮饮食等）； （2）存在先天性疾病； （3）招募时患有传染病，例如新冠病毒感染或季节性流感； （4）存在重大慢性病史，包括冠心病、脑卒中、糖尿病和癌症； （5）存在长期服药和使用益生菌/益生元。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Having special dietary habits (e.g., diabetic diet and ketogenic diet); (2) Having congenital diseases; (3) Having infectious diseases such as COVID-19 or flu at the time of recruitment; (4) Having history of major chronic diseases, including coronary heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and cancer; (5) Having Long-term medication use and consumption of probiotics/prebiotics.
