研究目的：

主要目的： 描述在真实世界（RW）临床实践中接受UPA的AD人群和UPA用药模式。 次要目的： 通过1年内临床结局和患者报告结局以及医疗资源利用（HCRU），评估UPA的有效性。 探索性目的： 通过 1 年内湿疹/特应性皮炎高度治疗目标（AHEAD）共识建议中设定的最佳目标的实现与否，评估 UPA 的有效性结局。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary objectives: To characterize the AD population receiving UPA and UPA utilization patterns in real-world (RW) clinical practice. Secondary objectives: To assess UPA effectiveness on clinical and patient reported outcomes and health care resources utilization (HCRU) over one year. Exploratory objective: To assess UPA effectiveness outcome with achievement of Aiming High for Eczema/Atopic Dermatitis (AHEAD) recommendation s′ optimal target over one year.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.入组时为青少年（年龄≥ 12 至 < 18 岁且基线时体重 ≥ 40 kg）和成人。；
2.入组时临床诊断为中至重度 AD。；
3.UPA 适用于治疗 AD，并根据中文说明书开具处方。；
4.开具 UPA 处方的决定在参与本研究之前做出，与是否参与研究无关。；
5.在本研究之前，患者不应接受过 UPA 治疗。；
6.患者愿意并能够通过 app 应用程序参与患者报告数据（包括 ePRO 和 eDiary[电子 日志]）的收集。；
7.在进行任何研究相关活动之前，患者（或青少年的法定代理人）自愿签署知情同意书。；

Inclusion criteria

1.Adolescents (body weight >= 40 kg at the Baseline Visit for patients between >= 12 and < 18 years of age) and adults at the time of enrollment.;
2.Clinical diagnosis of moderate to severe atopic dermatitis at the time of enrollment.;
3.UPA treatment is indicated for AD and prescribed as per Chinese label / SmPC.;
4.The decision to prescribe UPA is made prior to and independent of study participation.;
5.The patient should not be treated with UPA prior to this study.;
6.Patients who are willing and able to participate in the collection of patient-reported data, including ePROs and eDiary via apps.;
7.The patient (legal representative for adolescents) voluntarily signed an informed consent before any study-related activities are conducted.;

2.研究者认为的任何可能限制患者参与研究及其对研究程序依从性的情况。；
