通过比较RA自身异质性以及与多种风湿疾病间的差异推进RA中西医结合达标治疗的精准医疗体系构建，形成一整套规范化的RA中西医结合治疗的组合达标治疗选择方案  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing the heterogeneity of Ra itself and the difference between Ra and other rheumatic diseases, to promote the establishment of a precise medical system for RA treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, form a set of standardized combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of RA standard treatment options

纳入标准：

1、RA患者符合美国风湿病学会（American College of Rheumatology，ACR）/欧洲风湿病医学会（European League Against Rheumatism，EULAR）的“类风湿关节炎分类标准”（2009年）；入组的痛风性关节炎患者符合2015年ACR/EULAR的分类标准；入组的强直性关节炎患者符合1984年美国风湿病学会修订的纽约标准；入组的银屑病关节炎患者符合2006年ACR的分类标准，评分≥3的患者应诊断为银屑病关节炎; 入组的系统性红斑狼疮患者符合美国风湿病学会（American College of Rheumatology，ACR）1997分类标准；入组的结缔组织病符合美国风湿病学会（American College of Rheumatology，ACR）1982年分类标准；入组的骨关节炎患者符合美国风湿病学会（American College of Rheumatology，ACR）1986年分类标准。 2、自愿签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

Patients with RA meet the classification criteria for rheumatoid arthritis set by the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) and the European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR) in 2009. Patients with gouty arthritis included in the study meet the 2015 ACR/EULAR classification criteria. Patients with ankylosing spondylitis included in the study meet the revised New York criteria established by the American College of Rheumatology in 1984. Patients with psoriatic arthritis included in the study meet the ACR classification criteria from 2006, and patients with a score ≥3 are diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis. Patients with systemic lupus erythematosus included in the study meet the 1997 classification criteria of the American College of Rheumatology. Patients with connective tissue diseases included in the study meet the 1982 classification criteria of the American College of Rheumatology. Patients with osteoarthritis included in the study meet the 1986 classification criteria of the American College of Rheumatology. Voluntary signing of an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1、筛选时处于急性感染或复发性感染性疾病的急性发作期 2、筛选时处于肝肾功能不全、心功能不全状态 3、患有严重的进行性的未控制的心脑血管、肝、肾、肺、胃肠道、造血系统、内分泌、神经系统等疾病，以及其他研究认为患者不宜参加本试验的情况

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient is in the acute stage of acute infection or recurrent infectious disease at the time of screening 2. The patient is in a state of liver and kidney insufficiency and cardiac insufficiency at the time of screening 3. The patient suffers from severe, progressive, uncontrolled cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, lung, gastrointestinal, hematopoietic, endocrine, nervous system and other diseases, as well as other conditions that the patient is not suitable to participate in this trial.

Since this study adopts a continuous enrollment design, commonly used in observational research to collect real-world data and observe changes in phenomena, there is no need to use randomization. Patients who meet the criteria set in the study protocol and do not meet the exclusion criteria are eligible for enrollment. Therefore, randomization is not considered.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究数据管理由本课题组负责，确保数据的真实性，完整性，私密性和可溯源性。由项目负责人或课题组相关成员将信息写入随访表格中，只有具备医疗资格及相关知识的研究者才能填写随访表格。原始数据录入后，做出的任何修改都需要记录，任何已经认可的数据修改，均需要修改人的签名，日期，及修改理由。

The research group is responsible for the data collection and management of this study to ensure the authenticity, integrity, privacy and traceability of the data. The project leader or relevant members of the research team will write the information into the follow-up questionnaire. Only researchers with medical qualifications and relevant knowledge can fill in the questionnaire. After the original data is entered, any modification made shall be recorded.
