研究目的：

探讨针刀镜与关节镜对膝骨关节炎 (KOA) 患者的步态时空参数、运动学参数、运动症状和生活质量的治疗效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of acupotomoscopy and arthroscopy on gait temporal and spatial parameters, kinematic parameters, movement symptoms and quality of life in patients with knee osteoarthritis (KOA).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准为：（1）年龄40-80岁，男女均可;（2）有关节疼痛或肿胀，伴或不伴关节积液;（3）符合KOA诊断标准;（4）服用标准疗程的非载体消炎镇痛药，仍有关节症状;（5）KOA KL分级3级及以下者;（6）同意本治疗方法并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

The inclusion criteria were: (1) age 40-80 years old, male and female; (2) joint pain or swelling, with or without joint effusion; (3) Meet the diagnostic criteria of KOA; (4) Taking a standard course of non-carrier anti-inflammatory analgesics, still related to joint symptoms; (5) KOA KL grade 3 and below; (6) Agree to the treatment and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）不符合以上诊断要求与纳入标准;（2）严重认知、视觉或听觉障碍，或无法理解指令和表达要求;（3）其他疾病如心肺疾病、肝肾疾病、肿瘤、肌肉骨骼功能障碍，以及任何可能限制运动的疾病;（4）患者围手术期同时进行其他手术的。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) does not meet the above diagnostic requirements and inclusion criteria; (2) severe cognitive, visual, or hearing impairment, or inability to understand instructions and expression requirements; (3) Other diseases such as heart and lung diseases, liver and kidney diseases, tumors, musculoskeletal disorders, and any diseases that may limit movement; (4) Patients undergoing other operations at the same time during perioperative period.
